How do I add a patient's photo into the system?

This can be easily done from the general information of patient tab, or the Main Page of the patient details by following these steps: 

  1. If there is no photograph attached to their detail you will see "No photograph available.  Double click to set" on the right side of the window.  If you double-click in this box you will be taken computer system files.

  2. From the Computer System files,you can browse to a saved photo on your hard drive, take a photo directly into SoftClinic (if your camera is attached to this computer) or paste a photo from your clipboard.
  3. When finished click on the save and exit button to return to the patient details where you will see your patient's photo.
  4. If you need to change or delete the photo, then you can do it by right-clicking on the photo, and choose the options like change, delete or capture through Webcam.
