OPD Module - Episode Details

EPISODE DETAILS

Here are some steps to use the Episode Details section:

  • Click on Episode details from the OPD Module.
  • Click on Episode list (OPD Module >> Episode Details >> Episode List)  to view the list of episodes of patients into the system.
    You can also apply filters for searching the particular field or details about the patient.

  • Add New Episode:

    • OPD Module >> Episode Details >> Add Episode
    • If you have to submit existing patient's details into the episode than select the patient from the patient list and it will automatically fill up the form and you can submit the extra details into it.
    • While if the patient is new, then you need to submit all the detailed information of the patient into the episode.
      The following window will be displayed.
      • Fill up the necessary details of the patient like address details, patient details, patient photo etc.
      • Episode Details: Submit date, time, Type of episode, Clinic name, doctor name, and referred by etc.
      • Vital Details: Click on the "+" button to add the vital details of the patient. Choose the Vital Date, name and value and Click on Save button to add the vital information. 
      • Allergy Details: Click on the "+" button to add the Allergy details of the patient. Submit the Allergy To, Since period and its details. Click on Save button to add the Allergy information. 
      • Present Complaints: Double Click on the box,this window will display, where you need to select any template of the complaints like weight loss etc, you can select all or you can choose anyone and then click on add button so it will appear in the bottom right box.
      • Click on Save button to add the complaints. 
      • You can also add the new complaints into the template lists.
      • Past Medical/Social History: 
        • Double Click on the box,this window will display, where you need to select any template of the Medical History like Ulcer Disease etc, you can select all or you can choose anyone and then click on add button so it will appear in the bottom right box.
        • Click on Save button to add the complaints. 
        • You can also add the new Medicals into the template lists.


      • Examinations/Findings:
        • Double Click on the box,this window will display, where you need to select any template of the Examinations like weight etc, you can select all or you can choose anyone and then click on add button so it will appear in the bottom right box.
        • Click on Save button to add the Examinations. 
        • You can also add the new Examinations into the template lists.
      • Current Medications:
        • Double Click on the box,this window will display, where you need to select any template of the Medications,you can select all or you can choose anyone and then click on add button so it will appear in the bottom right box.
        • Click on Save button to add the Medications . 
        • You can also add the new Medications into the template lists.


      • Special Notes: 
        • Double Click on the box,this window will display, where you need to select any template of the Notes,you can select all or you can choose any description and then click on add button so it will appear in the bottom right box.
        • Click on Save button to add the notes. 
        • You can also add the new notes into the template lists.


      • Certificates: 
        • Double Click on the box, certificate window will display, where you need to select any template of the certificate , 
        • Click on Save button to add the certificate. 
        • You can also add the new certificate into the template lists.

    In this same, You need to fill the details into the Episode 2 and in the patient files tab, you need to upload the patient files from the local computer.

  • After filling up all the pieces of information, Click on Save button to updates the changes into the system.
  • To Delete Episode Details

    1. Select patient from the list.
    2. Press “Clear Data” button on the menu, and it will clear all the data.
