This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to customize the appointment list in SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, users can personalize their appointment list view and retrieve specific information of the patient.
1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.
2. Upon clicking, SoftClinic GenX dashboard becomes accessible. By selecting the
"Filter" option, users can retrieve specific information such as patient name,
consultant, status, and mobile details.
3. To customize the Appointment list view, navigate to the Filter option.
4. Upon selection, a submenu will appear, featuring options such as Time, Patient
name and more.
5. Users have the flexibility to select or remove specific details they wish to display in
the list.
6. Once adjustments are made, click on the Apply button to reflect the desired
changes in the list.
7. Users have the ability to personalize their Appointment list view according to their
preferences.
8. Additionally, it's important to note that Appointment statuses are color-coded
for easy identification: Booked appointments are highlighted in yellow, Confirmed
appointments appear in blue, and Cancelled appointments are denoted in red.
