Transfer Patients

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to transfer patient information using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently transfer patient information within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click In-Door Management.

3. Click Patient Transfer from the submenu.

4. Click on the Add button to transfer patient.

5. Upon selecting add option, the Bed Transfer form becomes accessible.

6. Double click on Search option and enter patient name.

7.Mention Transfer Details in form.

8. Once done, click Save button to record bed transfer request in the system.

9. Upon completion, the updated bed transfer request will be visible in the Patient
Transfer Request List.
