View Appointment Status

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view appointment status using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently check the status of appointments, including upcoming, completed, and canceled appointments, in the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click Doctor Work Bench.

3. Click on the Doctor Dashboard from the submenu.

4. Upon clicking, the Doctor Dashboard form becomes accessible.

5. By selecting the "Filter" option, user can retrieve Status of appointments.

6. User can filter status by Booked, Consultation in Progress & Consultation
Completed.

7. Users have the ability to personalize their Appointment list view according to their
preferences.
