Billing Dashboard – JVS Group

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the billing dashboard in SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently monitor and manage billing-related activities from a centralized dashboard within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click Billing.

3. Click on the Billing Dashboard from the submenu.

4. Click on View Summary.

5. By clicking the View Summary button, user can access a customizable view that
displays Invoices, Collection, Outstanding, and Lost Revenue information.

6 .Users have the ability to filter the Timeframes, Visit type, Status type, and
consultant Names by clicking on Filter button.
