Stock Adjustment

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to adjust stock levels in SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can accurately reflect changes in stock quantities due to factors such as damage, shrinkage, or other adjustments within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click Inventory Management.

3. Click on the Stock Adjustment from the submenu.

4. Click on Add button for create Stock Adjustment record.

5. Add Adjustment type.

6. Select option from Stock In and Stock Out.

7. Add stock details.

8. Add Item details.

9. Search Item from search bar and click on Add button.

10. Click on Save button.

11. Stock Adjustment details will be populate in list.
