How can I see the details of all options in MIS report? – JVS Group

There are all types of reports
which makes easy to keep systematic records. There are three different department groups like Out Patient, Inpatient, General. First Out Patient.
New OPD Register:- This option consist of the Registration details of newly registered in OPD department. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Revisit OPD Register:- This option consist of the registration details of the OPD patient those who have come for Re-Visit, then you just have to enter the date, there are two options on the top of left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
OPD register ( New+ Revisit ):- This option consist of the registration details of the OPD patients of the both New & Revisit patients. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Cancellation Report:- This option consist of the report details of the registered OPD patients those canceled the reports, to see the details you have to just enter the date, the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button, the details will appear on the screen.
Gender wise report:- This option consist of the registration details of the registered OPD patients and will display the report Gender wise. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Item wise report:- This option consist of the registration details of the registered OPD patients this option display's the reports according to the item code. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Group wise reports- This option consist of the registration details of the registered OPD patients this option display's the reports according to the group code. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Department wise report:- This option consist of the registration details of the registered OPD patients this option display's the reports department wise. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Organization wise report:- :- This option consist of the registration details of the registered OPD patients this option display's the reports according to the name of the Organization. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of left corner which is from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will be appear on the screen.
Operator wise cancellation reports:- This option educates the user about how many reports were been canceled. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Operator wise collection report:- This option educates the user about how much cash has been collected by the whom. To see the details you have to just enter the date, there are two options on the top of left corner which is from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then enter the name of the operator then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Item wise comprehensive report:- This option educates the user about the rates quantity and the total amount and name of the items. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Group wise comprehensive report:- This option educates the user about total amount and the names of the groups. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Inpatient :-
Inpatient Report:- This option educates us about the patient been admitted in the hospital . it consists of all the personal details of the patient. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of left corner which is from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will be appear on the screen.
Discharge Report:- This option educates us about the patient been Discharge from the hospital. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, from which to which date u want to see the report. There are three option given which are as General, TPA and All then click on any one option after that just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Discharge status wise Report:- This option show us about patient been Discharge from the hospital on which base the patient Relieved, Absconded, Expired, Transfer, On Request, Against Medical Advice. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of left corner which is from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will be appear on the screen.
Bed occupancy Report:- This option shows us the user about the occupancy status of Bed in the hospital. You have to do is just click on the date option and enter date then clicks on View button the whole entry will be displayed on the screen.
Ward wise IPD Report:- This option educates us about the patients which are admitted to the hospital. It consists of all the personal details of the patient. The thing you have to do is just enter the date, there are two options on the top of the left corner which are from date & to date which means the list you need is from which to which date and then just press View button the details will appear on the screen.
Ward wise tariff printing:- This option educates us about the charges of the groups in all the wards there is an option to select the groups in the top left corner. If you want the result of the individual group then just select the group name and click on the View option the list will appear on the screen. If you click on ALL in the group name then all
the result will come group wise.
Occupancy Register (Admitted ) for a Particular Date:- This option shows us the user about the Occupancy status of bed in the hospital. You have to do is just click on the date option and enter date then clicks on View button the whole entry will be displayed on the screen.
Advance Deposit Report:- This option shows the user about the reports of the patients Advance Deposit. You have to do is just click on the date option and enter date then clicks on View button the whole entry will be displayed on the screen.
Department Wise Report:- This option shows the user about the reports of the patients according to the department. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list and then just click the View button the whole Department wise Reports will appear on the screen.
Item Wise Report:- This option educates the user about the reports of the item according to the groups. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you want. Select the group name & the item name and then click the View button the whole details will appear on the screen.
Item Wise Sales Report:- This option educates the user about the reports of the item according to the groups. This option gives us a consolidated report of the items. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list . then just click the View button then whole details will appear on the screen.
Group Wise Sales Report:- This option consists the use about the reports of the group accordingly. This option gives us a consolidated report of the group. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list. Then just click on the View button the whole details will appear on the screen.
GENERAL:-
Outdoor Patient Report:-This option educates us about the details of the OPD patients. Just enter the date from which date to which date you want the list. Then just press the View option the reports will be displayed on the screen.
Emergency Patient Report:- This option educates us about the details of the emergency patients. Just enter the date from which date to which date you want the list. Then just press the View option the reports will be displayed on the screen.
Referred Doctor Wise Report:- this option displays the report accordingly to the registered referred Doctor The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list . then just click the View button then whole details will appear on the screen.
Consultant Doctor Wise Report (by Doctor only ):- This option displays the reports
According to the registered Consultant Doctor. The thing you have to enter the Doctors name and enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list . Then select the patient type. Then just click on the View button then whole details will appear on the screen.
Consultant Doctor wise Report:- This option displays the reports according to the registered Consultant Doctor. The thing you have to enter the Doctors name and enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the list . Then select the patient type. Then just click on the View button then whole details will appear on the screen.
Day Book:- This option consists of all the details about the OPD & IPD bills. Like Deposits, refund, expense , and final bill amounts of the patients. The thing you have to do is just enter the date. then just click the View button then whole details will appear on the screen.
TDS Report:- This option consists of the reports the show how much of the TAX has been deducted from the paid amount. You just have to do is just enter the date then enter the party name or the doctors name then just click on View button the report will automatically get displayed on the screen.
Expense Report:- This option consists of Expense the hospital has committed. The thing you have to do is just enter the date. Then select the voucher type then select the expense item then select the narration and click on View button the report will be displayed on the screen.
Other Income Reports:- This option consists of the details of the hospital. The thing you have to do is just enter the date then enter income item and click on the View button. The details will get displayed on the screen.
Bill Report:- This option consists of all the bill details of all types of patients the thing you have to do is just enter the date then select the type of patient. Then select TPA/GEN/ALL then just click on the View option the reports will get displayed on the screen.
Outstanding Dues Report:- This option consists of the billing details of the patients those who have not paid the amount to the hospital or who has paid some amount of the bill. You have to enter the date. Then select TPA or GEN or ALL and select patient type then click on View option. The reports will get displayed on the screen.
IPD Money Receipt Report:- This option consists of all the records of the IPD Money Receipt of the IPD patients. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date which date u want to get the report then click on the View button the whole report will get the displayed on the screen.
Certificates:- This option consists of all the following details of a patients health the thing you have to do is just enter the registration no. of the patient and press enter the details will get displayed.
Operator Wise Report:- This option consists of the reports of all the patients. The thing you have to do is enter the date from which date to which date you want to get the details. Then select type of patient OPD/IPD/BOTH. Then select the operator and click on View button. The report will get displayed on the screen. But if you want to name wise reports then select Operator Wise Entry (IPD) on the top right side corner in this option you can select which ever order you want the reports to be shown select the order then the patients name & operator name then just click on the View option the report will be shown accordingly on the screen.
Multiple Combinations IPD Register:- This option consists of all the registered IPD patients the thing you have to do is select the order in which you need the report. There are six options on the left top corner just select one of that option. These options are Patient Name Wise, Bill No. Range Wise, Bill Date Range Wise, Admission Date Range Wise, Discharge Date Range Wise, Consulting Doctor Wise. When you select the Patient Name then you have to enter the name of a patient . then click on view option and the results will be displayed on the screen.
If you select Bill No. Range Wise option then you have to just enter the bill no. from which date to which date you need the list then just click on the view option the list will be displayed on the screen.
If you select Bill Date Range Wise option then you just have to do is enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports then click on view option the reports will be show on the screen.
If you select the Admission Date Range Wise option then just enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports and click on the view option the reports will get displayed.
If you select the Discharge Date Range Wise option then just enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports and click on the view option the reports will be displayed on the screen.
If you select the Consulting Doctor Wise option then just enter the doctors name and the date from which date to which date you need the reports and click on the view option the reports will be displayed on the screen.
IPD No. Bill Report ( Based On Bill Type ):- This option consists of the bill details of the patients been admitted and gives us the following details of the patients . the thing you have to do is the date from which date to which date you need the reports and then just select the patient type then select the type of bill generated and click on the view option. The reports will be displayed on the screen.
IPD Cash Collection Report of Admission Patients:- This option consists the bill details of the patients been admitted and gives us the following details of the patients the thing we have to do is enter the date from which date you need the reports and then just select the bill type. Then click on the view option the reports will get displayed on the screen.
IPD TPA Wise Cash Collection Report ( Summary ):- This option consists of all the details of the TPA patients and gives us the reports of this TPA patients cash collection. The thing you have to do is enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports. Then select the TPA and click on the view option the details will get appear on the screen.
Patients Ledger Details:- This option consists of the bill details of the patients been admitted and gives us the following details of the patients . the thing we have to do is enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports and then just select the name of the patient, then click on view option the reports will be displayed on the screen.
Patient Ledger Summary:- This option consists of the bill details of the patients been admitted and give us the following details of the patients in a summarized form. The thing you have to do is just select the name of the patient and then enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports, and click on view option. The reports will be displayed on the screen.
Provisional Diagnosis Report:- This option gives us the reports according to the diagnosis the thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports then select the name of the diagnosis then click on the view option. the reports will get displayed on the screen.
Item Wise ( OPD/IPD ) Report:- This option gives us the reports according to the item. The thing you have to do is just enter the date from which date to which date you need the reports . then select a just name of the doctor then select the patient type and the bill type. Then click on the view option. The reports will be displayed on the screen.
