Emergency Patient Registration

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to register emergency patients using SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, user can effortlessly input emergency patient information, save it, and send a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click Patients.

3. Click Patient Registration from the submenu.

4. Upon clicking Patient Registration, the Patient Registration form becomes
accessible.

5. Select Accident And Emergency from the dropdown menu.

6. Enter patient's information in the Registration form.

7. Enter patient's identity details in Personal & Identity Information section.

8. Enter patient's contact details in Contact section.

9. Enter patient's biometrics details in Biometrics section. 

10. Once done, click Save button to record patient's details in the system.

11. Upon completion, patient's details will be visible under the "Accident And
Emergency" type.

12. Following registration, the patient will receive an Email confirmation to their
registered address.

12. The patient will receive a WhatsApp confirmation on their registered contact
number.
