Edit Patient Details

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit patient details in SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, user can navigate to the patient list, locate the desired patient, and modify their information using patient registration form.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Go to left navigation menu, click Patients.

3. Click Views from the submenu.

4. From the dropdown menu, select Patient List.

5. Locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis icon.

6. Select the Edit option from the menu.

7. Upon selecting edit option, the Patient Registration form becomes accessible. 

8. Navigate to the editable fields within the form, then proceed to modify the details
as needed. 

9. Once done, click Save button to record patient's details in the system. 

10. Upon completion, the updated patient details will be visible in the Patient List.
