Dashboard Patient Registration

This guide provides an easy step-by-step method to swiftly register a patient with minimal input using SoctClinic GenX. By following these steps, user can effortlessly input patient information, save it, and send a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Click on the Add button. 

3. Double click on search button.

4. Click on the Add Patient button.

5. Enter patient's information in the Registration form.

6. Enter patient's contact details in Contact section. 

7. Once done, click Save button to record patient's details in the system.

8. Upon completion, patient's details will be visible under the "Registration" type.

9. Following registration, the patient will receive an Email confirmation to their registered address.

10. The patient will receive a WhatsApp confirmation on their registered contact number.
