This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to upload patient documents in SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, users can easily attach documents to patient appointment.
1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.
2. Locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis icon.
3. Select the File Manager option from the menu.
4. Upon selecting file manager option, the File Manager form becomes accessible.
Users can select files for specific patients by either clicking the designated area or
simply dragging and dropping the files. Please note that the maximum allowable
file size for uploads is 50MB.
5.To upload the selected file, click on Upload Document.
6. Upon completion, the file is successfully uploaded and can be edited, deleted, and
downloaded.
