This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to schedule a new appointment using SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, user can effortlessly input patient information, save it, and send a appointment confirmation email and WhatsApp notification.
1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.
2. Go to left navigation menu, click Appointments.
3. Click Views from the submenu.
4. From the dropdown menu, select Appointment List.
5. Click on the Add button to schedule new appointment.
6. Upon selecting add option, the New Appointment form becomes accessible.
Click on Search button.
7. Upon selection, Patient List will be appear. Locate desired patient and click on
Select button.
8. Upon selecting patient, Appointment details becomes accessible. Enter
necessary details.
9. Navigate on Patient Eligibility Detail and select required option.
10. User can view Previous Appointments for the specific patient.
11. Once done, click Save button to record appointment details in the system.
12. Upon completion, the updated appointment details will be visible in the
Appointment List.
13. Following registration, the patient will receive an Email confirmation to their
registered address.
14. The patient will receive a WhatsApp confirmation on their registered contact
number.
