Start a Consultation

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to start a consultation using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently initiate consultations with patients within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Upon clicking, Dashboard become accessible. Locate the desired patient and click
on the vertical ellipsis icon. 

3. Select the Start Consultation option from the menu.

4. Upon selecting Start Consultation, SOAP notes page become accessible.
