This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to reschedule an appointment using SoftClinic GenX. By following these steps, users can easily navigate the system, locate the desired patient, and modify the appointment time as needed.
1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.
2. Locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis icon.
3. Select the Reschedule Appointment option from the menu.
4. Upon selecting reschedule option, the Reschedule Appointment form becomes
accessible.
5. Navigate to the Appointment Time within the form, then proceed to modify
timings as needed.
6. Once done, click Save button to record appointment details in the system.
7. Upon completion, the updated appointment details will be visible in the
Dashboard.
