This guide providing step-by-step instructions on how to cancel appointments using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently cancel appointments in the system.
1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.
2. Locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis icon.
3. Select the Cancel Appointment option from the menu.
4. Upon selecting cancel option, the Cancel Appointment form becomes accessible.
5. Locate and mention Cancellation Reason in the form.
6. Once done, click Save button to record cancelled appointment in the system.
7. Upon completion, cancelled appointments for patients will be displayed in red for
easy identification.
