Direct billing from the Dashboard

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform direct billing from the Dashboard using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently generate and process bills directly from the Dashboard within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. From the dashboard, locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis
icon. 

3. Select the Billing option from the menu.

4. The Billing interface will display the amount for both New Cases and Follow-up
Cases by default. To access additional services and associated charges, users can
simply click on the Add button.

5. Click dropdown option in Save button.

6. After adding all charges, simply click on the Save and Print button.

7. Users have the capability to generate Invoice for specific patient.

8. The patient will receive a WhatsApp confirmation on their registered contact
number.

9. The patient will receive an Email confirmation to their registered address.
