Manage SOAP notes

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage SOAP notes using SoftClinic GenX. By following this guide, users can efficiently create, update, and organize SOAP notes for patient records within the system.

1. Navigate to the login page of SoftClinic GenX using your preferred web browser. Input your login credentials and click Login to proceed. Once your authentication is successful, you'll be directed to the SoftClinic GenX dashboard.

2. Locate the desired patient and click on the vertical ellipsis icon. 

3. Select the Start Consultation option from the menu.

4. Upon selecting Start Consultation, SOAP notes page become accessible.

5. Locate desired portlets from SOAP notes and enter necessary information.

6. Navigate to other portlets and add information. Click on Save & Add button to
record entered details. 

7. Click on Save & Close.

8. Enter Medication details. Click on Save & Add to record medicine details.

9. User can modify Medications.

10. Upon completion, the Portlets will automatically populate with the entered details
for convenient user reference.
