Pharmacy Module

 

2.1 Supplier Master

Click on Supplier master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of supplier master.

 

 

  • To Add New Supplier Master :

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Supplier Details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Supplier.

 

To edit the Supplier Details:

  1. Select Supplier from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected Supplier or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Supplier Details:

  1. Select Supplier from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select Supplier.

 

2.2 Medicine Master

 

Click on Medicine Details on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of medicines.

 

 

 

To Add New Medicine:

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Medicine Details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Medicine.

 

To edit the Medicine details:

  1. Select medicine from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected medicine or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Medicine details:

  1. Select medicine from the list.
  1. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select medicine.

 

2.3 Price List

 

Click on Price List on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Price List.

 

 

To Add New Price List:

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Price List Details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Price List.

 

Note:

  1. You can also select medicine from “Select Medicine” option.
  2. This option will open a form where you can select medicine for price list.

 

To edit the Price List details:

  1. Select Price List from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Price List or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Price List details:

  1. Select Price List from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected Price List.

 

2.4 Medicine Requisition

 

Click on Medicine Requisition on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Medicine Requisition.

 

 

 

To Add New Medicine Requisition:

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

Fill the Medicine Requisition details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Medicine Requisition.

 

To edit the Medicine Requisition details:

  1. Select Medicine Requisition from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Medicine Requisition or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Medicine Requisition details:

  1. Select Medicine Requisition from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected medicine requisition.

 

2.5 Purchase Order

 

Click on Purchase Order on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Purchase Order.

 

 

To Add New Purchase Order:

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

Fill the Purchase Order details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Purchase Order.


To edit the Purchase Order details:

  1. Select Purchase Order from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Purchase Order or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Purchase Order details:

  1. Select Purchase Order from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected purchase order.

 

2.6 Purchase Invoice

 

Click on Purchase Invoice on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Purchase Invoice.

 

 

 

To Add New Purchase Invoice:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

 

Fill the Purchase Invoice details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Purchase Invoice.

 

To edit the Purchase Invoice Details:

  1. Select Purchase Invoice from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Purchase Invoice or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Purchase Invoice Details:

  1. Select Purchase Invoice from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected purchase Invoice.

 

2.7 Purchase Return

 

Click on Purchase Return on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Purchase Return.

 


To Add New Purchase Return
:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Purchase Return details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Purchase Return.

 

To edit the Purchase Return Details:

  1. Select Purchase Return from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Purchase Return or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Purchase Return Details:

  1. Select Purchase Return from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected purchase return.

 

2.8 Sales Invoice

 

Click on Sales Invoice on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Sales Invoice.

 

 

 

To Add New Sales Invoice:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Sales Invoice details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Sales Invoice.

 

To edit the Sales Invoice Details:

  1. Select Sales Invoice from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Sales Invoice or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Sales Invoice Details:

  1. Select Sales Invoice from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected sales Invoice.

 

2.9 Sales Return

 

Click on Sales Return on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Sales Return.

 

 

 

To Add New Sales Return:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Sales Return details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Sales Return.

To edit the Sales Return Details:

  1. Select Sales Return from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Sales Return or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.


To Delete the Sales Return Details:

  1. Select Sales Return from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected sales Return.

 

2.10 Payment

 

Click on Payment on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Payment.

 

 

 

To Add New Payment:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

 

Fill the Payment details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Payment.

To edit the Payment Details:

  1. Select Payment from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Payment or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Payment Details:

  1. Select Payment from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected payment.

 

2.11 Receipt

 

Click on Receipt on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Receipt.

 

To Add New Receipt:

 

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

Fill the Receipt details & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Receipt.

 

To edit the Receipt Details:

  1. Select Receipt from the list.
  1. Double click on the selected Receipt or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open above screen.
  2. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Receipt Details:

  1. Select Receipt from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected Receipt.

 

2.12 MIS Report

 

Click on MIS Reports on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of MIS Reports.

 

 

MIS Report is master report from which we can view various other reports like Sales Register, Purchase Register and Stock Register etc.

 

To View Various Reports:

 

  1. Click on the sub reports from the menu which is on left side of MIS report.
  2. Enter the “From Date” and “To Date” and other search criteria and click on “Show Report”.
  3. A list of records will be displayed below according to your search criteria.
  4. Also you can export the report to Excel with “Export to Excel” option given at the top.
