Billing Module

1.  Estimate

Click on Estimate on the vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Estimate.

• To Add New Estimate:

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “ALT + A”, it will open a screen as below:



2. Fill the details of Estimate and then click on “Save” or press “ALT +S” to save the Estimate.


Note:

1. Double click on Multi-Line textBox has given on Estimate screen. It gives you the option to select expected values from the list for that particular option.

2. After entering all the details in Estimate notes, click on “Save” to save the entry.

To Edit the Estimate:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.

3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “ALT + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Estimate:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “ALT + D” to delete the selection Estimate.

 

2. Running Bill

Click on Running Bill at a vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Running Bill.

 

• To View Running Bill:

1. Click on “Select” to select patient of which running bill is to be viewed.

2. The details of the patient and bill will be filled in the Running bill.

 

3. Billing

Click on the Billing on the vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Bills.

 

 

To Add New Bill:

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “ALT + A”, it will open a screen as under:

2. Fill the details of the bill and then click on “Save” or press “ALT +S” to save the bill.


To Edit the Bill:
1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “ALT + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Bill:
1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “ALT + D” to delete the selected Bill.


4 Insurance Billing

Click on Insurance Billing on the vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Insurance Billing.

 

 

• To Add New Insurance Billing:

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “ALT + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

2. Fill the details of monitoring of infections and then click on “Save” or press “ALT +S” to save the Insurance Billing.

To Edit the Insurance Billing:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.

3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “ALT + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Insurance Billing:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “ALT + D” to delete the selected Insurance Billing.

 

5.  Receipt

Click on the Receipt on the vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Receipt.

• To Add New Receipt:

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “ALT + A”, it will open a screen as under:



2. Fill the details of the receipt and then click on “Save” or press “ALT +S” to save the receipt.

To Edit the Receipt:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.

3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “ALT + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Receipt:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “ALT + D” to delete the selected receipt.

 

7. Refund

Click on Refund on the vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Refund.

 

• To Add New Refund:

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “ALT + A”, it will open a screen as under:


2. Fill the details of the refund and then click on “Save” or press “ALT +S” to save the refund.


To Edit the Refund:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.

3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “ALT + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Refund:

1. Select an entry from the list.

2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “ALT + D” to delete the selected refund.

 

8. MIS Reports for Billing Module:
