Inventory Module

1.  Category Master:

Click on Category master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Category master.

 

To Add New Category Master :

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

To Edit the Category Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Category Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected category.

 

2.  Item Master

Click on Item Master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Item master.

 

  To Add New Item Master :

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of item master and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the item master.

To Edit the Item Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Item Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected item master.

 

3. Party Master

Click on Party Master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Party master.

To Add New Party Master:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of party master and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save party master.

 

To Edit the Party Master:

  1. Select the entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Party Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected party.

 

4.  Purchase Bill

Click on purchase bill on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of purchase bill.

 

  1. To Add New Purchase Bill:
  2. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 


Note:

  1. If any item is not there in the item list of purchase bill, you can directly add from here also. Click on “Add Item” option and fill all the details.
  2. After entering all the details, click on “Save” to save the entry.

 

To Edit the Purchase Bill:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Purchase Bill:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected purchase bill.

 

6.  Requisition List:

Click on Requisition bill on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Requisition list.

To Add New Requisition List:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

Note:

  1. If any item is not there in the item list of purchase bill, you can directly add from here also. Click on “Add Item” option and fill all the details.
  2. After entering all the details, click on “Save” to save the entry.

 

To Edit the Requisition List:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Requisition List:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected purchase bill.

 

7. Issue

Click on the issue on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of the issue.

 

To Add New Issue:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of the issue and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the issue.

To Edit the Issue:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Issue:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected issue.

 

8.  Purchase Return

Click on purchase return on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of purchase return

To Add New Purchase Return:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of purchase return and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the purchase return.

Note:

  1. You can also add item Text Box given in nursing notes screen. It gives you the option to select expected values from the list for that particular option.
  2. After entering all the details in nursing notes, click on “Save” to save the entry.

 

9.  Issue Return

Click on Issue Return on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Issue return.

To Add New Issue Return:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of Issue Return and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the Issue Return.

 

To Edit the Issue Return:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Issue Return:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected Issue Return.

 

10. Payment Return:

Click on Payment Return on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Payment Returns.

To Add New Payment Return:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of Payment Return and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the stock item.

 

To Edit the Payment Return:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Payment Return:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected Payment Return.

 

10. Stock Adjustment

Click on stock adjustment on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of stock item. 

To Add New stock adjustment:

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

  1. Fill the details of stock adjustment and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the stock item.

 

To Edit the Stock adjustment:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Stock adjustment:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected stock adjustment.

 

11.  MIS Report
Click on MIS report on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen.

  1. On the left side of the report, you will see various options from which you can select the type of report you want to view.
  2. Fill all details and click on “Show Report”.
  3. Also, you can view/export the report to excel.
  4. For different main options there are more sub options which are listed below :

Inventory Issue Register

To view the Issue Register.

Inventory Purchase Register

To view the Purchase Register.

Inventory Issue Return Register

To view the Issue Return Register.

Inventory Purchase Return Register

To view the Inventory Purchase Return Register.

Minimum Stock Register

To view the Minimum Stock Register.

Maximum Stock Register

To view the Maximum Stock Register.

Re-order Stock Register

To view Re-order Stock Register.

Inventory Stock Register

To view Inventory Stock Register.

Inventory Stock Detail Register

To view Inventory Stock Detail Register.
