Radiology Management Module

 

The Radiology Module covers the processes starting from the booking of appointments of the modalities against the investigation requests raised by doctor to delivering the results to the ordering doctor of the hospital.

Radiology module is completely compatible with the imaging technologies used by radiologists and offers Smart methodologies for the radiologists to interpret and infer results reducing their time consumption and effort. 

There are several sections of the Radiology Module:

 

1. Radiology Test Advice List:

ADD Button:

You can add several test pieces of advice into the system for the future use.

  • Click on the Add button
  • Fill up all the required information of the patient.
  • Select test advice from the select test button
  • Submit information about the test with summary details.
  • Click on submit after filling up all the details.
  • Click on Save Button.

 

Edit & Delete

  • You can also edit or delete the list of test advice list.

Search 

  • You can search the list of test advice by selecting the period or by applying the filters for the searching the results.

 

2. Radiology Bill:

This section is used to generate the bills for the radiology tests patients.

ADD Button:

You can add new bills of the radiology test patients 

  • Click on the add button
  • Fill up all the required information.
  • Select the patient from the list or you can also submit the new patient into it
  • Select tests from the Select test button
  • Submit information about the test with summary details.
  • Click on submit after filling up all the details.
  • Click on Save Button.

 

Edit & Delete

  • You can also edit or delete the radiology test bills of the patients.

Search 

  • You can search the list of generated bills of the radiology test patients by selecting the period or by applying the filters for the searching the results.

 

 

3. Radiology Test Report:

  • Select the patient from the list Radiology Result List.

 

  • Click on the Result Button
  • It will show the result of that particular selected person.
  • Select the test template if available, otherwise, select the default template.
  • Write the observations, Conclusions, & Remarks for the patients.
  • Click on Save Button
  • Select the Report Type if available, otherwise, click on the default report.
  • Click on Save Button.
  • Finally, the Report is generated and you can print simultaneously.

 

4. Radiology Test Master:

  • Click on the Radiology Test Manager from the Radiology module list.
  • It will automatically show the list of Radiology test masters according to the applied filters, you can either change and select the patient individually from the search bar.
  • Click on ADD button-- To add the new Radiology Test into the system.
  • Fill up all the details related to the test activity.

 

By filling up this form, click on the Save Button. Hence, it will save the existing test activity.

Edit or Delete the Test : You can edit or delete the existing test activity.

 

5. Radiology Test Price List: 

  • Click on the Radiology Test Price List from the Radiology modules.
  • It will display all the test price list as per the chosen filters.
  • Click on ADD Button, to add new test price list and fill up all the required information into it.
  • Click on Save Button.
  • Radiology Price List Saved.

 

6. Radiology Receipt

  • Click on Radiology Receipt from the Radiology List of modules.
  • By applying the filters into the search bar , it will display the list of radiology receipt list.
  • Click on Add Button, to create a new payment receipt of the patient.\
  • You need to fill up full information of the new patient or you can also select the existing patient from the patient list and appointment list.
  • Click on Save Button.
  • Choose the template for the receipt.
  • If there is no template in your system then  choose the default receipt template into the form.
  • Click on Save.
  • The receipt is generated and now you can easily take off the print of that receipt.

 

7.  Radiology Refund Details:

  • Click on the Radiology Refund tab, to view the list of refunds.
  • Click on Add button to add the new refund status of the patient's payment.
  • Fill up whole information for the refund amount.
  • Click on Save Button.
  • Edit or Delete Button: To Edit or delete the existing patient's refund amount and after making changes to it, click on the Save button.

 

8. Echo Details:

  • Click on the Echo Details from the list of Radiology Modules.
  • Click on Add, to add new echo details of the patient, by filling up the information like value, measurement, flow, and doppler.
  • Click on Save.
  • Click and Search to view and check the echo details of the existing patients status.
  • Edit or Delete Button: To Edit or delete the existing patient's Echo Details and after making changes to it, click on the Save button.

 

9.  MIS Reports:

  • Click on MIS report on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen.
  • On the left side of the report, you will see various options from which you can select the type of report you want to view.
  • Fill all details and click on “Show Report”.
  • Also, you can view/export the report to excel.
