Features of Main Menu Module

In the Main Menu Tab, there are following other options which are described in the figure and table with detailed descriptions.

Appointment List	This section shows the appointment list of the patients.   You can add, delete or manage the appointments from this section by submitting the required information in the appointment form. You can also search the no of appointments as per their searching details or by filtering the details into the searching bar.  This will allow you to export the list of the appointment list in the excel format for the external user. Patient Details	This section allows you add the patient details in various criteria s.   You can add, delete or manage the appointments from this section by submitting the required information in the patient form. You have to submit the detailed information of the patient. You can also search the patient details as per their searching criteria or by applying filters into the searching bar.  This will allow you to export the list of the patient record list in the excel format for the external user. General Visit Details	This section allows you to add the General Visit details on the various criteria s.  Add the General Visit details on the various criteria s.   You can add, delete or manage the General Visit details from this section by submitting the required information in the form. You have to submit the detailed information of the General Visit persons. You can also search the General Visit details as per their searching criteria or by applying filters into the searching bar.  This will allow you to export the list of General Visit details record list in the excel format for the external user. Neuro Visit Details	Shows the list of the visit of the Neuro Specialists in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.
Gyneac Visit Details	Shows the list of visits of the Gyneac Specialists  in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.visit of the Gyneac Specialists  in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.
Ophthalmology Details	Shows the list of the visit of Ophthalmology Specialists in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.
Physiotherapy Details	Shows the list of the visit of Physiotherapy Specialists in the clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.
Quick Patient Visit	Shows the list of the visit of the Quick Patient Visit in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all.
Daily Test Perform List	This section shows the list of the Daily Test Performed in a clinic, you can filter visit on today, this week, this month, this year, select period or all. You can generate the reports on a daily, monthly or yearly basis. You can view the daily reports as per the searching details or by filtering the details into the searching bar.  This will allow you to export the list of Daily tests performed in the excel format for the external use. Follicular Study	In this section, you can add/edit/delete the follicular study details of the particular patients. You can search these details of patients by applying filters.
Infertility Treatment	This Section allows you to add the patient for the infertility treatment, including all the patient details. You can add the patient details from the appointment list or patients' list or can also create the new patient id by filling up the detailed form for the admission purpose.treatment, including all the patient details. You can add the patient details from the appointment list You can add the details of the specialist who visited for this treatment and can submit the follicular study of the patient details into the follicular tab. You can also find and write the full information about the patient's history information, investigation information, and case summary.
SonoGraphy	This section allows you to add/edit/delete the patient's sonography details like pre- screening, Sonography-1, Sonography-2.
Treatment Scheduler	This will allow you make the schedule for the treatment of any patients by providing them the perfect scheduled date and time. You can check out the list of the schedules by applying the filters given, check the treatment status of any patient.
Consent Form	It shows all the details of consent from here, you can add, edit or delete consent date, consent name, patient name.
Patient Reports	It shows the list of reports advised to Patients.
Certificate/ Letters	To generate Medical Certificates/Letters from Patients.
Package Entry	It shows all the details of packages from here, where you can add, edit or delete package entry details and can search the list of package details by applying several filters into the search section.
MIS Report	You will be able to generate various reports of the different list like camp visit register, clinic visit etc. Initially, you need to submit your session, based upon that, it will generate the reports, also you can view the past reports by applying filters into the search criteria.year session, based upon that, it will generate the reports, also you can view the past reports by applying filters into the search criteria.
