Indoor Module

1   Admission Details
Click on Admission Details on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of admitted patients.

• To Add New Admission:
  
  Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

Note:

1. Fill the Admission Detail & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Admission.
2. Double click on Multi-Line Text Box shown in admission screen to open screen. It gives you the option to select expected values from the list for that particular option.
3. After entering all the details on admission screen, click on “Save” to save the admission.

To edit the Admission details:

1. Select admission from the list.
2. Double click on the selected admission or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open the screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Admission details:

1. Select admission from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select admission.
   
   

Admission Notes:

• You can directly submit all the information of the patient by clicking on Admission notes button on the taskbar and the following window will be open.
  
  
  
• You can directly submit all the patient examination details like general, examination, Clinical, Medication and summary.
• Click on Save button to save all the details.
   

2. Bed Status Chart

1. Click on Bed Status Chart on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the Bed status in different wards.
2. The boxes with red background show the occupied beds that are allotted to patients. The details of patients like name are also displayed in boxes.
3. The boxes with green background show vacant beds in wards. The ward no. and bed no. are displayed in these boxes.
4. There is a select option on top to view beds section for selected ward only.

3. OT Schedule:

Click on OT Schedule on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Schedule of Operation Theatres.

• To Add New OT Schedule:

 

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as Above:
2. Fill the details of Operation schedule and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the operation schedule.

Note:

1. Double click on Multi-Line Text Box shown in operation schedule screen to open screen. It gives you the option to select expected values from a list for that particular option.
2. After entering all the details in operation schedule, click on “Save” to save the entry.

To Edit the Operation Schedule:

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Operation Schedule:

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select admission.

 4.  Operative Notes

• Click on Operative Notes on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the operated patient list.

To Add New Operation:

Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

Fill the Operative Notes detail & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the operation.

Note:

1. If you click on “Save” button without selecting any admission, above message box will appear. After clicking “OK” patients list will open, from where you can select the patient and proceed further.
2. Double click on the multi-line text box, given in admission screen, to open the select screen as follow. It gives you the option to select expected values from the list for a particular option.
3. After entering all the details on the operation screen, click on “Save” to save the operation.

         To Edit the Operation Details

1. Select operative patient from the list.
2. Double click on the selected operative patient or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.
   
   To Delete the Operation Details

1. Select operative patient from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select Operation.

5.  Round Notes:

Fill the Round Detail & click “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the Round.

Note:

1. If you click on “Save” button without selecting any patient, a message box will appear that you have not chosen any patient.
2. After entering all the details on round notes screen, click on “Save” to save the round.

To Edit the Round Details

1. Select patient from the list.
2. Double click on the selected patient or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Round Details

1. Select the patient from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select round note.

6.  Nursing Notes

Click on Nursing Notes on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of nursing notes.

• To Add New Nursing Note :

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as above:
2. Fill the details of Nursing Notes and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the nursing note.

Note:

1. Double click on Multi-Line Text Box given in nursing notes screen . It gives you the option to select expected values from a list for that particular option.
2. After entering all the details in nursing notes, click on “Save” to save the entry.

To Edit the Nursing Notes:

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.

1. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Nursing Notes:

1. Select the entry from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select Nursing Notes.

7.  Intake Output Details

Click on Intake Output details on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Intake Output Details.

• To Add New Intake Output Details :

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

2. Fill the details of Intake Output Details. and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the Intake Output Details.

To Edit the Intake Output Details :

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Intake Output Details :

1. Select the entry from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select Intake Output Details.

8  Discharge Details

Click on discharge details on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of discharge details.

• To Add New Discharge Details :

1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

2. Fill the details of discharge details and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the discharge details.

Note:

1. Double click on Multi-Line Text Box given in discharge details screen. It gives you the option to select expected values from the list for that particular option.
2. After entering all the details in discharge details, click on “Save” to save the entry.

To Edit the Discharge Details:

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes. 

To Delete the Discharge Details:

1. Select an entry from the list.
2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the select Discharge Details.

View Visit

This feature is to view the visit details like medication, diagnosis etc of the patient that is being discharged. To view the visit click on “View Visit”.  A screen will be displayed as below:

9.  MIS Report

This will show all the reports as per the report name, also you can generate the reports by applying the filters on it and it will display all the reports accordingly.
