Insurance Module

 

 

1.  Claim Submission

Click on Claim Submission on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of claim submissions.

Search - You can search the list of claim submissions by applying filters.

Add New Claim Submission :

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

  1. Fill the details of Claim Submission and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the Claim Submission .

To Edit the Claim Submission:

  1. Select the entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Claim Submission:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected TPA.

 

2.  Claim Receipt

Click on Claim Receipt on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Claim Receipts.

Search - You can search the list of claim Receipts by applying filters.

Add New Claim Receipt :

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

  1. Fill the details of Claim Receipt and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the Claim Receipt .

To Edit the Claim Receipt:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the Claim Receipt:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected TPA.

 

3.  Claim Register

Click on Claim Register on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Claim Register. You need to select the Date from - Date to, to view all the list of Claim Registers.

Search - You can search the list of claim Register by applying filters.

After the selection of period it will display the following content:

 

 

4.  TPA Master

Click on TPA master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Insurance Module.

 Add New TPA Master :

  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

  1. Fill the details of TPA master and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the TPA master.

To Edit the TPA master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

To Delete the TPA master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected TPA.

 

 

5.  Company Master

Click on Company master on vertical outlook bar on the left side of the screen to view the list of Company master.

 

 

  • To Add New Company Master :
  1. Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”, it will open a screen as under:

 

 

  1. Fill the details Company master and then click on “Save” or press “Alt +S” to save the Company master.

 

To Edit the Company Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Double click on the selected entry or press the “Edit” button on the menu, then it will open screen.
  3. Change/ fill the details and the press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete the Company Master:

  1. Select an entry from the list.
  2. Press the “Delete” button on the menu, or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected company master.

 

6.  Insurance Running Bill

When you will click on the insurance running bill it will display the following dialog box which will show all the list of patients who have currently insurance bills.

You can also apply several filters for searching the accurate content.
