Ambulance Module

This section will describe you to how to use the Ambulance Module. This is basically used to manage all the ambulance services provided by the hospital/clinic. This module keeps the track of ambulances available for services and also manages ambulance services ordered from external vendors. It helps you to manage the scheduled as well as the emergency services of the ambulance and maintain the basic life support facilities provided into the ambulance.

In the SoftClinic Software modules, click on Ambulance Module. There will be sub other sections of Ambulance module such as Vehicle Master, Vehicle Requisition Entry, Vehicle Fuel Entry, Vehicle Maintenance Entry, Vehicle Usage Report.

Vehicle Master: 

This section is used to add the number of vehicles for ambulance into the software.

  • In the Ambulance module, go to Vehicle Master
  • To review all the vehicles which are added into the software, click on Search ie. drop down menu and select the filter to apply and it will display all the all the vehicles accordingly
  • Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”. it will open a screen as under and choose the patient from the patient list (Select Patient Tab).
  • Choose the vehicle type and enter the vehicle number. 
  • Click “Save” button or Press “Alt + S” to save the new vehicle into the list.

Vehicle Requisition Entry

This section is used to add the requisition entries for the vehicles.

  • In Ambulance module, go to Vehicle Requisition Entry
  • To review all the vehicles requisition entry list which is added into the software, click on period ie. drop down menu and select the filter to apply and it will display all the all the vehicles accordingly
  • Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”. it will open a screen as under and choose the patient from the patient list (Select Patient Tab).
  • Fill up the form, with all the required entries of vehicle requisition entry form.
  • Click “Save” button or Press “Alt + S” to save the new vehicle into the list.
  • After clicking “Save” button, you will see an option to print Vehicle Requisition report, click on “Print” to directly print a report, “Preview” option will open report on screen for preview.
  • Click on Preview button, to view review the report before printing.

 

Vehicle Maintenance Entry

This section is used to add the vehicle maintenance entries for the vehicles.

  • In Ambulance module, go to Vehicle Maintenance Entry
  • To review all the vehicles maintenance entry list which is added into the software, click on period ie. drop down menu and select the filter to apply and it will display all the all the vehicles accordingly
  • Press “Add” button on the menu or press “Alt + A”. it will open a screen as under and choose the patient from the patient list (Select Patient Tab).
  • Choose the vehicle type, vehicle number, date and description
  • Click “Save” button or Press “Alt + S” to save the new entry into the list.

 

Vehicle Usage Report

This section will show you the vehicle usage report. Choose the start date and end date and click on show button. this will Show you the vehicle usage report along with the details like the month, running km, local, outside and fuel details.

To Edit Vehicle Details

  • Select entry from the list.
  • Double click on selected patient or press the “Edit” button on the menu, it will open the screen as above.
  • Change/fill the details and then press “Save” button or press “Alt + S” to save the changes.

 

To Delete Vehicle Details

  • Select visit from the list.
  • Press the “Delete” button on the menu or press “Alt + D” to delete the selected entry.
